With The Three Sampler, you will get one five-pound bag of each of the following three varieties (15 Total Pounds of Wheat):

- Hard White Sprint Wheat -- Light in color with a mild, slightly sweet taste. Ideal for soft breads, rolls, and everyday baking.

Just like the label says, 3 bags of wheat berries. No issues. The red wheat makes a good pancake batter.
