Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring, and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

I got a big bag of each type of wheat and I’m so excited. I will be grinding it for flour as well as using it to grow wheat grass for juice. It came very quickly in the mail and was a great value compared to the healthy food store.
