Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring, and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

I bought this for longer term storage to put back. I’m currently using wheat I bought several years ago (50ish) & since I stored it in a food safe can it’s perfect & wonderful! This was to add to my long term food storage. I really don’t want to open the bag til I’m ready to grind it….
Kind of disappointed in the flavor. The biggest problem was all of the debris in the bag of berries.
Was great excellent bread , but when I ordered it to shipping was a little slow
