Our Hard Red Fife Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

Price is great. There is some chaff in the wheat.
I'm shocked that these guys are able to delivery such a high quality product so quickly, and at a great price. The berries milled really well, the bread we made came out well. This will not be our last purchase from Dave's

I haven't made any bread yet. I was disappointed with how much chaff is in it. Much dirtier than i expected. I have previously bought organic from another place and this is not nearly as clean. I will be able to rate better after I grind and make bread.
