Our Hard Red Fife Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

I had to sort through berries each time I wanted to mill. My other sources don't require this as the berries are cleaner.
Seems to be well packaged. As it is being used for long term storage I may not know for several years until I rotate it into use.

I’ve been ordering for a couple of years and the all three are great wheat. I mill weekly and blend white and red or red fife for sourdough and the flavor is amazing. Great price and free shipping is an added bonus. Works well in South Louisiana. 100% Dave’s Hard White on the left, 50/50 Dave’s Hard White and Red Fife with rosemary feta. Amazing breads.
