Our Hard Red Fife Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

Great products super fast shipping
I wanted to try your red wheat as I only use white for my bread. It was really tasty and different. I’ve been making bread for about 48 years with wheat from the same source. I’m excited to find ‘clean’ wheat. I haven’t ground the white wheat yet but I’m sure I will be happy with it as well. My order arrived quickly! Thank you!

Flavor is more....caramelly (nutty?) than other hard red winter wheats. Plus its non GMO genetics made me try this.
