Our Hard White Spring Wheat Berries are fresh and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring on our farm in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

I have been milling my own flour for 2 years now using wheat berries from Azure and other companies. While they are excellent products, there is simply no comparison. A neighbor told me about Dave's Farm wheat berries and gave me a loaf of her bread. The instant she handed it to me there was a noticeable difference in texture. The smell was incredible and the flavor, oh the flavor! This has renewed my enthusiasm for baking bread from scratch. Just the scent of the dough seeps through my spirit. My family could tell a difference when they walked in the door. Handling the dough is gratifying. I love the feel and texture. I'm going to be ordering this exclusively. Having the convenience of the product delivered to my home for free is just a bonus. I have 600 pounds of wheat berries from the other venders lol. I use it in small quantities with the Dave's in a 3 to 1 ratio just to work through my supply. Which will take me years. Seriously, these wheat berries are going to change the way you cook. I haven't tried fresh milled flour for cakes or cookies but, you can bet that is going to happen now. There simply isn't a better wheat berry out there. Love it, love it, love it.
