Our Hard White Spring Wheat Berries are fresh and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring on our farm in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

Starting baking bread a year ago, and wanted to get even healthier with it. So I bought a cheap mill and ordered a large bag of wheat berries from Dave's.
