Our Hard White Spring Wheat Berries are fresh and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean and bag is raised by us so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring on our farm in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

  • NON-GMO
  • No Pesticide
  • No Glyphosate
  • Produces a lighter flour with a mild taste.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

Good first try

This is my first attempt using wheat berries and so far I am happy with the product. It takes a bit getting used to grinding the berries in my ninja so hopefully I will be getting a mill!
