Our Hard White Spring Wheat Berries are fresh and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring on our farm in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

I have made a few loaves of bread so far. They are clean right out of the bag. They made consistent bread that tasted great.

The wheat berries came in quickly and when I made bread with them, it turned out to be the most beautiful loaf I’ve ever made, my dad even went off of his carnivore diet to eat a few slices of it! I would definitely recommend buying these and I will be ordering more soon.
I’m just learning the in and outs of home-milled flour, so I don’t really know what is or is not acceptable for grains. However, for the first few bakes I’ve done, this particular grain has been really nice.
