Our Hard White Spring Wheat Berries are fresh and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean and bag is raised by us so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring on our farm in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

Fantastic wheat! We have used Dave's white wheat for years now and love it! It makes delicious fluffy 🍞 wheat bread! We have only used the white but the red is probably great too! We have bought it in the 50lb bags and in the 6gal buckets and both are great! Dave's wheat is priced very good and they provide a great service to there customers! Excellent wheat and service!!!
