We love these dinner rolls. They also make great buns and cinnamon rolls.
- 3 Cups Water
- 5 Tbs Sugar
- 3 Tbs Shortening
- 3 Tbs Yeast
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 Cup Powdered Milk
- Flour - Start with 5 Cups then add 1 Tbs Salt, Gradually Add More Flour (Keep Dough as Sticky as Possible) Knead for 10 minutes
Let rise (double) for about an hour. Punch down again and the let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 475 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
Makes great hamburger buns or hotdog buns.
TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLLS:
Add 1/2 Cup extra sugar AND 1/2 Cup extra Shortening
